Mark R. Thompson is the Chief Engagement Officer of Hospitality Hive. Mark’s consulting experience includes: managing complex multi-national human resources feedback programs; designing and facilitating workshops to assist individuals manage job transition, team building; optimizing the use of technology; development of effective communication strategies; and building effective marketing plans. Mark is actively involved in training and development, project management and business development. He manages client company relationships as the key contact for program development and delivery. His focus is in the areas of team and individual development, program facilitation, and instructional design. He is a certified Human Synergistics facilitator. Mark holds a BA degree in business with a specialization in human resources and management from Bishop’s University. Prior to founding McKinley in 2003, Mark's business experience includes career management and senior project management in the financial industry. Mark is an active member of the Canadian Society of Training and Development as well as the Board of Trade of Toronto.
