Through an interactive, experiential learning initiative Creating a Team Recipe for Success participants will raise both their interpersonal and problem solving skills. Learning by doing will not only help increase retention but also create a bridge for adopting and applying the learning.
The experiential learning challenges will test your staff’s ability to work together, promote collaborative decision making and provide a laugh or two while leading to a better understanding of your individual thinking styles and behaviors as shown through your actions and those of your teammates.
