Through an interactive, experiential learning initiative Teeing up Your Team participants will raise both their interpersonal and problem solving skills. Learning by doing will not only help increase retention but also create a bridge for adopting and applying the learning.
The experiential learning challenges will test your staff’s ability to work together, promote collaborative decision making and provide a laugh or two while leading to a better understanding of your individual thinking styles and behaviors as shown through your actions and those of your teammates.
It is shared experiences that build trust and trust builds relationships: teams can then take organizations to new heights.
